Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

At this time, our park is still open, as our advice has been that caravan parks and accommodation providers are deemed an essential service.

Notwithstanding this, as per the recommendations of the Australian Government, we urge all people to reconsider any holiday plans over the coming months and not travel purely for leisure purposes. Only essential travel should be undertaken. 

Whilst it is not the parks place to deem whether a guests travel is essential or non-essential, we believe essential travel to include activities such as travelling for business/work related purposes, travel by those who may be nomadic and live on the road, travel required for compassionate grounds, and travel by people who are returning to their home destination, or cannot return to their home destination, due to travel restrictions. To all these people, and any others undertaking essential travel, we continue to welcome you. 

Guests should also be aware that we have made changes to our usual operating procedures to ensure we are following government advice and doing all we can to limit the spread of Coronavirus.

The amenities buildings are open, and social distancing must be practiced in all common areas and camp kitchens. To ensure safe social distancing can be maintained, closure of some facilities will be necessary (E.g. Swimming pool). Other facilities will only operate where we believe safe separations can be maintained. No activities programs will be offered over the upcoming holiday break, and there will be changes to our customer service procedures.

Protecting the health of our staff, customers and the wider community must be our highest priority.

For guests staying with us before 30th June 2020, we are offering flexibility to our existing policies:

  • If you wish to cancel your booking completely, refunds are available in accordance with our published cancellation polices. Where a refund is due, we will be waiving the administration fee.
  • If your booking does not entitle you to a refund, you are eligible for a credit of monies paid for your stay, to be used with-in 12 months, or in the case of Easter, this can simply be rolled to the same site for the same period next year.
